Following the Zero Waste action days, project partner Groupe Senghor selected two groups of 22 active young women from Bene Baraque to receive a 15 days training in cleaning up public spaces and shoreline rehabilitation around the lake. They removed all waste, including plastic, which the team will separate and use for future construction. Thus the project will support the entire process from removing the waste to using it in construction.
